Free exercise classes for JG Fitness members, drop-ins welcome.

HIIT Classes

High Intensity Interval Training, suitable for anyone as you work at your own level.

  • Tuesday morning, 9:00am – 9:30am, run by Jake. £3.00 drop-in.
  • Tuesday evening, 7:00pm – 7:30pm, run by Floss. £3.50 drop-in.
  • Thursday morning, 9:00am – 9:30am, run by Jake. £3.00 drop-in.

MIIT Classes

Moderate Intensity Interval Training, a less intense version of HIIT. Useful for those who don’t feel confident going straight into HIIT

  • Wednesday morning, 10:00pm – 10:30pm, run by Floss. £3.00 drop-in.

Circuit Training

  • Thursday evening, 6:45pm – 7:25pm, run by Joe. £5.00 drop-in.
