Since a very young age I always felt the urge to help and support people which ultimately led me to personal fitness training and coaching dancers. My goal for JG Fitness is to create a platform for people to learn, grow and progress both mentally and physically

Kris

I have always been passionate about sports and leisure throughout my life. I have studied Sports and Leisure management at university and have worked in the industry for over a decade. Whether you are looking to lose weight, maintain a healthy lifestyle or meet your fitness goals. My health and fitness coaching style is to provide consistent positive encouragement whilst setting achievable manageable goals in an enjoyable environment.

Floss

I’m 34 and have worked in an office for the last 12 years. I love the boost of endorphins I get after working out and thought ‘how can I feel like this all the time?’ The answer… train as a PT. I’m currently training to complete my level 2 and then 3 to be able to offer you a personal service focused on your needs and requirements. I will be specialising in nutrition to ensure I can offer you all-round advice that is specific to you. As a vegetarian I am well suited to offer advice on meat-free meals but with a family of omnivores I have great knowledge and understanding of a traditional diet.

George

I am a 16-year-old fitness fanatic who has jointed JG Fitness as an apprentice. My aim is to be able to help people achieve their goals, whether that is to get fitter, lose weight or run a marathon

Joe

I am a fully qualified personal trainer, specialising in Martial Arts having trained in Muay Thai in Thailand and Australia. Fitness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, I thrive on motivating others to feel the same. I enjoy working with people who are ready to make a change for the better and improve their quality of life. Losing body fat, increasing muscle mass or improving your overall fitness are all goals that I have helped people work towards. There’s no better feeling than helping a client achieve what they have set out to do.
